The Khazanski Foundation contributes to great causes in our community through various esteemed organizations, such as those that provide support to religious education of youth and support of underprivileged families.
The Khazanski Foundation was established in 2019 by David Khazanski, CEO and Founder of INKAS® Group of Companies, and Margarita Simkin, Co-founder and Chairwoman at INKAS® Group of Companies.
INKAS® founders believe in empowering their community and actively supporting non-profit organizations. As regular contributors to numerous private foundations and fundraising events, the company intends to lead by example through the Khazanski Foundation.

Support of Medical Research & Innovation
We are all dependent on the advancement of medical and technological developments that improve our health. That is why the Khazanski Foundation finds it extremely important to contribute to medical research now, so that we are better prepared for the risks of tomorrow.
INKAS® has shown ongoing support to innovation through direct support, such as being an individual contributor to the Dinner with Scientists hosted by Sinai Health Foundation which provides support from rehabilitation and complex care, to community-based services, to scientific discoveries. The Khazanski Foundation intends to continue contributing towards important organizations that improve the quality of life for people who rely on their help during their time of need.
Youth Jewish Education Development Programs
We firmly believe that investing in the development of young individuals is a crucial step towards building a more inclusive and prosperous world. To this end, we have initiated and supported numerous projects that empower young people with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities they need to thrive and contribute to their communities.
Together, we are sowing the seeds of a brighter and more prosperous future by investing in the potential of the world’s youth, demonstrating that the Khazanski Foundation is truly a beacon of hope and opportunity for young individuals striving for a better life.
Global Security Initiatives
We collaborate with organizations, governments, and experts working in areas such as conflict resolution, disarmament, cybersecurity, and disaster preparedness. By providing financial support and resources to these initiatives, we strive to contribute to a more peaceful and secure world where individuals can thrive without fear of violence, conflict, or instability.
By supporting global security efforts, we are taking proactive steps to create a world where individuals can live in peace, free from the shadow of global threats, and where nations can work together for the common good of humanity.
Environmental Protection
As the demands of the modern world continue to grow every day, the environment must be protected in tandem. The Khazanski Foundation believes that modernization does not have to come at the expense of the environment, and thus, actively supports innovations that will protect the environment not only for the own health, but for future generations.
INKAS® is no stranger to innovations in the environmental sector. With the privately funded INKASTRANS Canada Inc., a division of INKAS®, the company serves in the field of environmental protection and has developed several innovative products to mitigate the impacts of oil spills as well as designed revolutionary building materials that reduce emissions of greenhouse gases, among other innovations.
Contributions to Philanthropic Causes
Over one hundred thousand private foundations work hard every day to support those in need with the necessary funding and simplified processes for obtaining it. The Khazanski Foundation focuses on offering financial support to philanthropic foundations that advocate for inequality in youth and unprivileged families.

Mesivta Ohr Temimim Yeshiva
Ohr Temimim’s vision is to create a happy and stimulating yeshiva that nurtures bochurim by offering each an opportunity to develop their unique abilities and personalities in a safe and secure environment.
Bnei Akiva Schools
The Bnei Akiva Schools serve the Jewish community of metropolitan Toronto, the largest city in Canada and one of the most culturally diverse in North America. At present, students from as far as Hamilton, New York and Calgary attend the school.
Ohr Chaya
Ohr Chaya’s mission is to provide funds for the needy in Israel. The charity’s efforts go towards emergencies, rent, utility bills, mortgage payments, food, tuition bills, and contribute financial support to Yeshivot and Kollelim throughout Israel.
Rising Star
The INKAS® “Rising Star” is an annual award and scholarship program funded by the Khazanski Foundation in partnership with INKAS® Armored Vehicle Manufacturing and awarded to post-secondary students showing excellence in both engineering and business fields of study.
