What You’ll Do

What You’ll Do
- Develop new business through cold outreach, networking, and market research
- Manage and grow relationships with resellers and direct clients
- Track pipeline activity and sales performance in Salesforce CRM
- Stay informed on competitors, pricing, and market trends
- Oversee order progress and coordinate shipments with internal teams
- Consistently achieve sales targets and maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting
- Prepare and coordinate sales agreements, proposals, and contract documentation
- Execute territory business plans
- Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to resolve client, operational, and sales-related matters
- Travel internationally to meet clients and attend industry events
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Understanding of automotive, commercial vehicle, luxury product, or related sales markets
- Ability to manage long-term deals independently
- Authorized to work in Canada and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
Preferred Qualifications
- OMVIC certification
- Experience in automotive or vehicle sales
- Prior experience with Salesforce
- Proficiency in additional languages such as French or Spanish
Working Environment
This is an office-based role in a professional, collaborative, and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, use standard business technologies, and manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism. Regular domestic and international travel is required to meet clients, develop business opportunities, and attend industry events.
